Kerry Woods is a military veteran and one of Maryland's most experienced real estate investors. After losing a business in the aftermath of 9/11, Kerry entered real estate in 2001 and has spent the past two decades mastering every aspect of the business — from landlording and note buying to rehab, lease-options, owner financing, and his true passion: wholesaling.

With over 2,000 wholesale transactions completed across Maryland, DC, and Virginia, Kerry founded Maryland House Pros and Maryland Private Capital to give homeowners a faster, fairer alternative to the traditional listing process. His mission is simple: treat every seller with integrity, move fast, and put real money in their hands without the stress of agents, repairs, or uncertainty.

Kerry is also the Director of Operations at IGoldenOne Realty and Concierge in Upper Marlboro, MD, and runs a real estate investing training and mentoring program for aspiring investors throughout Maryland.
